When Paul, our founder, completed his Carpentry/Joinery Apprenticeship in Dublin, Ireland, in 2004, he was driven by a passion for woodworking and a commitment to personalized craftsmanship. After running a successful carpentry business in Dublin, he honed his skills working on custom homes in Melbourne, Australia, before moving to California in 2009. In 2011, Paul established Hill 16 Construction to bring his unique, client-focused approach to the South Bay Area and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients, treating each project as a partnership where your vision is our priority.
